1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed with us. By completing a purchase, you accept the terms set here.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our products are built or tailored to your specifications (color, model, configuration, etc.), all custom or specially-ordered items are final sale. These items are ineligible for return or refund once production begins.
3. Refunds & Returns for Standard Items
For items that are not custom/made-to-order, returns may be approved under certain conditions. If a return is granted, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us in its original condition (unused, with all original packaging, accessories and documentation). Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original method of payment once we’ve inspected the return.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, you are responsible for return shipping costs—unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item defective). We recommend using a traceable shipping service and insurance for high-value items.
5. Timing
Return requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe (for example: 30 days from delivery). Any requests outside that period may be denied or only partially refunded. (Note: adjust timeframe based on your business needs.)
6. Refunds for Deposits/Reservations
For orders based on a deposit or reservation payment:
- A deposit may be required to begin production.
- Deposit is non-refundable once production starts or after a certain period (e.g., three months) if the order is not completed.
- The reservation payment does not count as a final order until the full invoice is issued & paid.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- All estimated delivery times are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (weather, customs, supply chain issues, etc.).
- If you cancel your order while the item is already in production, you may forfeit your deposit and may be responsible for any incurred costs or restocking.
8. How to Request a Return/Refund
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us via info@shopicecreamcart.com with your order number, item(s) in question, reason for return, and preferably with photographic evidence if it’s defective or wrong.
- Do not return items unless you’ve received an explicit return authorization from us.
9. Non-Transferable Orders
An order cannot be transferred to another person without our prior written approval.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The version applicable to your purchase is the version posted at the time your order was placed.
