Are the carts for sale in a shop or online only?
Purchase is available via phone or online. For our location in Azusa, California, by appointment only.
Can I choose the canopy color?
Yes — customization is available including canopy color and design. Contact us for available options.
Is there a built-in battery?
Yes — most carts include an onboard battery that powers auxiliary equipment (freezer, lights, etc.). Equipment requiring more power such as coffee machine require separate battarey.
How long does the battery last?
Typically 8–12 hours depending on usage, Temperature and load.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
Full charge takes approximately 6–8 hours using the standard charger.
What anti-theft precautions are built-in?
Lockable compartments and tamper-resistant features are standard; additional security devices are available on request.
What’s the shipping/transport process for the cart?
Carts are typically shipped fully assembled; canopy may arrive disassembled for safer transport. Crate sizes and weights vary by model (ex: crates ~100-150 in long, 400-700 lb).
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing options are available via partners such as affirm, First US Finance and clicklease. Contact us for terms.
How long does the freezer last? Is there a built-in battery?
Freezers are powered by the onboard battery and can operate for up to 8 hours on a full charge.
